These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vibetools.net, operated as Vibe Coding Tools ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Vibe Coding Tools is an editorial directory and blog that helps visitors discover and compare AI coding tools. We may provide tool listings, reviews, comparisons, articles, account features, submission channels, and paid featured placements. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The site is for general informational purposes. Tool details, pricing, availability, and policies can change after publication. Verify important information with the tool provider before relying on it or making a purchase.
Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
If you submit a tool, description, logo, screenshot, link, or other material, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have authority to submit it, and that its use will not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
You retain ownership of your submitted material. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, edit for clarity or presentation, display, and promote that material in connection with Vibe Coding Tools. This license ends when the material is removed, except for reasonable backups, legal records, and material already used in distributed promotional content.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, ranking, traffic, leads, or continued listing. We may verify, edit, reject, label, move, or remove a listing when reasonably necessary to protect quality, users, or the site.
Approved tool makers may purchase a featured listing for the price, currency, duration, and benefits shown on the submission page. The current offer is a one-time payment of $29 USD for 30 days of featured placement. No payment is required before approval.
Payment affects visibility and the Featured label only. It does not buy a favorable review, alter our editorial opinion or ranking score, or guarantee traffic, conversions, or permanent placement. We aim to identify paid placements clearly.
After a featured placement is published, it is non-refundable unless we cannot deliver the promised placement or a refund is required by law. If we reject a submission, no featured-listing payment is due. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's terms.
Listings, rankings, reviews, and articles reflect our editorial judgment at the time of publication. A listing or link does not by itself constitute an endorsement, partnership, warranty, or guarantee. Some content may identify paid or affiliate relationships; those relationships do not make a third-party product ours.
Third-party tools, websites, offers, and services are controlled by their providers. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, data practices, purchases, support, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

The site design, original articles, editorial text, organization, and other material we create are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Except as permitted by law, these Terms do not grant you a license to use our material outside normal use of the site.
If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email support@vibetools.net with enough information for us to identify and evaluate it.

We may restrict or terminate access, remove submissions, or suspend features when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, legal requirement, security risk, harm to users or third parties, or disruption of the service. You may stop using the site at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content or third-party tool will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the site or a third-party service. Our aggregate liability for a paid featured-listing claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for that listing. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from material you submit, your unlawful use of the site, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own conduct or where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief that cannot lawfully be waived.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires a different form of notice or consent.
